Pilot privacy notice
Only what the booking needs.
Lenaia collects the information needed to operate bookings, barcodes, waitlists and venue enquiries during the Melbourne pilot.
What is collected
For bookings and waitlists: name, email, party size, selected offer, unique booking code and check-in status. Lenaia does not require the customer's final venue spend for the barcode model. For venue enquiries: venue details, work email and the capacity the venue may release.
How it is used
Information is used to reserve and manage places, validate barcodes on arrival, process cancellations, operate waitlists, calculate per-guest venue fees, support participating venues and follow up with prospective launch partners.
Who can see it
Booking information is available to authorised Lenaia administrators and the relevant licensed venue. Lenaia does not sell personal information.
Payments
This MVP does not collect card details. If payments are introduced, they should be handled by a specialist payment provider and this notice updated before launch.

Customers can request access, correction or deletion of their information where applicable by contacting Lenaia.
